Shipping policy

Shipping is via AusPost Parcel Post. 

Handling time from placement of order to post office is 24 hours for ready to go items, and 7 days for custom items. AusPost is then responsible for the package and may take up to 3-7 business days to deliver within Australia, depending on which shipping you have purchased.
